Orchestration Canvas, the Visual ABM Campaign Builder
This feature includes a UI that allows marketers to orchestrate multi-channel and multi-stage campaigns within a single visual interface. The Orchestration Canvas provides ease of use when setting up your next ABM campaign and measuring results. The Orchestration Canvas is a powerful feature which enables marketers to build AI-triggered, multi-step, multi-channel campaigns that automatically nurture buyers through the entire purchase journey. The Orchestration Canvas allows marketers to have control over the sequence and duration of cross-channel marketing campaign tactics. The visual component of the canvas makes it easy to adjust and optimize elements within the campaigns.
Approach:
As product manager of this product, I played an integral role in defining requirements, designing the experience, and delivering to customers. Despite deferring opinions regarding the design; however, I was able to justify my designs which were later backed by the overwhelmingly positive reception from customers and prospects. In addition to designing and delivering the product, I also showcased the product to grow excitement amongst our customers.
Results:
This product immediately met overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers and prospects. This was also proven by the data I collected during our quarterly win/loss analysis. Orchestration Canvas instantly became a major factor in winning deals, and during its first full year, this product generated more than 4.5 million dollars in revenue.
